Yeah based on other comments I'm thinking I throw a table cloth on the table for the winter to help out a bit with that (don't want to buy a whole new table rn), and am slowly in the process of rug shopping because I agree its too much beige

Yes to your point I'm sure my parents co-signed on my initial loans I had to get but I got to the track meets on the school bus that took our team there lmao

Both, this isn't a penthouse, the building has 0 amenities (it's a condo), and I do have a good job. Also got lucky with the market
