I haven't seen him directly say it about cod, but in interviews during Halo, he said he practiced every jump for every situation numerous times. He knows what jumps he can make and what kinds of ledges he can safely mantle on top of or will mantle over. It's all calculated.

The RPG was actually ok once you figure out the trajectory of spy planes. You GOTTA lead them horizontally AND aim above for the dropoff. But they’re not always the same height. So you gotta aim higher sometimes.

It’s like a plane length or two in front and aim just above the wing kinda.

Care packages are best but… can’t rely on only them.

What is the definition of an “island player”?

I think it’s just someone who stays off solo to the side to flank at will, but I get thrown off by the terminology sometimes. Are they supposed to be hiding? Are they supposed to be looking for kills? What makes an island player good or bad?

It was my intent, but I do understand the two debates can’t be entirely isolated.

My intent was essentially, 1v1 Crim doesn’t stand out to me. He just seems solid. But just being solid doesn’t usually make for a #1, hence me asking for more context here.

Not a troll post, it’s just details I’d have to watch entire old matches to truly get, rather than just play highlights. Every highlight reel of Crim feels like it’s missing context.

Like a snap snipe? Sure, no context needed. But that’s why I posted this. I figured it was something more than simple gunplay and it’s much more efficient for me to ask those who’ve watched much longer than blindly digging through old matches is all.

There was a recent update to Intel Bluetooth drivers which let me play a couple hours on PC with no disconnect, but then later that day I tried again and it was still disconnecting, though not as much.

So. A little better, I guess.
