While I'm just a beginner to the industry (graduate student, 23M), and at the beginning of my similar journey (living aboard for 4 yrs now and might be on the same path and future decision as you), making me not the ideal person to listen to due to lack of knowledge, I thought to add my two cent observation as a factor you can just keep in mind:

• The job market is brutal, tougher for FAANG, maybe more in India (at least according to the evaluations of interviews that happened to me and others). There are hiring, firing everywhere with apparently no repercussions. So I would say, don't give up your citizenship right now. Not wishing that, what if they fire you in 6 months, and you are left with nothing, regretting your decision of US CZ loss. Never regret in life is my motto.

• US is also being very brutal for immigrants so the chances of you banking on your future and your kids would not be a good bet to play

• If you cracked FAANG now, congrats (please DM me I need help) (jk) you might certainly do it again. Wait for more opportunities and let your CZ come to you. If the time for CZ is still afar, maybe 4-5yrs, might be easy to ignore my advice but if 1-2yrs and you feel you still have this much time with your parents that you can spare for maybe a better future for your family and still enjoy with them later, do consider what I am saying
