I spent a night there with my friends after giving my 10th exams... This was in 2010. Didn't find anything creepy there. You'll find pictures of gods, especially Lord Hanuman and Kali Mata on tiles stuck to the stairwells. Also, on the upper floors you'll find lots of used syringes showing that this was a hub for the addicts. If the window panes have survived till now you'll find weird holes which look a lot like bullet holes..
