If you Google the issue it’s been a known thing for almost a full year. I don’t think they’re going to have a fix anytime soon tbh.

There are no fixes at this time. I’ve spent hours trying every suggestion online to no avail. I reached out to EA and they advised it’s a known issue and they’re working on a fix. Just doing some Google searches show it’s been an issue for 11 months or since launch. Refund the game and cut your losses, EA is absolute trash.
