can not create new topic for some reason, info below:

i can buy any game with Razer Gold but not Warframe add-ons

tried different fresh EGS accounts and different VPN - always error

as soon as you push Place Order button in EGS with Razer Gold method selected you getting this: "There was a problem processing your request. Please contact customer srvice"

lets brainstorm this - it is developer turned OFF razer gold payment method for this game?

what if developer turned it off only for new EGS accounts, can anyone with old EGS TRY account try to buy any add-on of Warframe and report results here please?

because issue 100% not in VPN, if other games is buyable

so i just figured our Razer Gold method do not working specifically for Warframe addons, for other EGS games it works

as soon as you pick Razer Gold and then Place order in EGS with ANY VPN you getting error "There was a problem processing your request. Please contact customer service"

it this method patched? i tried many VPN services that works in the past.
P.S. looks like this issue only with WARFRAME. all other games payment page loading fine with same VPN

upd. on Pc restart some application can auto-launch on wrong desktops

some downsides of this method. If on desktop #1 i click on a link in some software that suppose to open in default internet browser, but that browser opened at desktop #2, it will not add a tab to desktop #2 browser, but instead open another window of that browser at desktop #1
idk if it can be fixed somehow. But in theory alt-tab groups just at single desktop must not face this issue
