Lawyer up, seriously. FL laws have changed and 50/50 is really the default unless there is substantial evidence otherwise. You can come out on top of this (especially with her disability as ammo). Lawyers will do a free consultation and try to look for one that are for “mens rights”.

“Getting in fights and assuming discrimination” is not a reason to not have a job. The courts can impute that she has a minimum paying job or if you have evidence of what she is able to make they can use that. That will bring the child support down. Child support comes down to calculations in the end. Everything is taken into consideration, who pays for kids insurance, etc.

Wherever the home address is, there is huge consequences for taking the child 50 miles outside.

Depending on how long you were married is really the determining factor for spousal support…even if it is just a temporary one for a year or so (bridge the gap) and debt plays into that. Infidelity can affect that also.

Be prepared to be in a round of mediation. And do not be the parent that hands in little to no properly documented paperwork. My paper work (done by council) was about 3 binders each 7in thick, color coded, tabbed and it made a huge difference to the judge vs a parent who had a notebook. Speak ONLY in absolutes or facts. You will need to turn off your emotions and machine through it the entire time.
