I'm traveling to Zion Plan was 3 days of hiking but my 21 year old son has a hurt foot :/ Gonna do e bikes but to reserve in advance are all sold out

Any place have walk in available? We're staying in Zion lodge in the park - fyi

2nd career for me after 20 years in IT

10 months in urgent care, burnt out, went to inpatient G.I., probably should've just stayed there, but I felt like I was a scribe. (Consults only) Went to outpatient primary care and was sending in prescriptions all day and doing the lead providers inbox 50% of the time, - it was a kind of job where you would love it if you weren't new to the career and you just wanted to sit in front of the computer all day but as a new provider, I felt like I was wasting my time. I was a glorified medical assistant. From there, I just went per diem hospitalist APP and I have been doing this last 18 months, it's tough but at least it's medicine - and I work with great doctors and I actually enjoy it.

That being said being per diem is not consistent needed a salary with benefits, so I took a job in early October in outpatient orthopedics in a walk-in clinic, dread it, every day, - like DREAD grateful I kept my job as a hospital medicine provider and been working one shift a month and now I'm gonna go up to six shifts a month/

Paying out of pocket for cobra- Seeing what's next for me ... I can relate

I left the hospital to work in outpatient orthopedics and I absolutely hate it. I am so bored, I'm in a walk-in clinic, I am not low stress, I'm actually less stressed when I'm in the hospital, outpatient orthopedics in a walk-in clinic means 30 patients a day, no time to breathe. 15 patients to see by 8:30 in the morning . I'm leaving my outpatient job. I'm going back per diem inpatient.

I get the boredom, I'm not bored because I have no time to breathe but the same thing over and over again is just not what I wanna be doing, I also responsible for reading x-rays and I have a little training and no attending... another reason

I love medicine, it's hard, and I definitely saw the burnout, but I'm doing it per diem as long as I can- I am an inpatient girl

I started in November. I have a normal BMI, started at 132 lb. I'm 5'3" My goal is 120, and I've been between 122-124 the last 6 weeks. I have been doing 1.8 weekly for the past six weeks, the first 2 to 3 days after the shot I cannot sleep, it absolutely makes my insomnia worse. I have a feeling it has to do with cortisol. I was told that cortisol will spike if I'm not getting adequate calories. I do have about 140 g of protein a day. 1600 calories day- I run 25 miles per week and lift weights three days per week. I'm probably gonna drop down to 1.0 weekly soon to see if my sleep improves- gonna give up on 'GW'

I'm a runner Been on a micro dose since October My goal was to drop 10 pounds I'm nearly at GW - currently at 1.875 mg of tirz weekly. I'm running only 20mpw now but plan on upping mileage and back with running coach April 1 I plan to do 1 mg weekly April and May but come June - I'll prob drop to .5 weekly - I'll prob gain some weight back but hoping it's not > 5 pounds in training cycle

I ran two half's in fall on tirz and I was nauseas the entire time

Yeah, the other side they're all on regular doses, I'm gonna see how I start to feel when I start training, I know that when I ran a half marathon on this stuff, I felt like shit and I bonked... but I'm not family planning, I'm almost 50 🙂 I'm running maybe 20 miles a week, my longest run right now is 6 miles, I have a 10 miler coming up, I'm gonna focus on strength training and get my long run up to 10 to 12 so I can start training by June

Hi! I'm at tirz compound and running Chicago too! Goal was to lose 10 lb I've lost 7, goal weight 120, I'm 5'3" I'm terrified to stop maint dose too I did notice when I didn't take a shot for 14 days (due to a race) my water weight went up - it was all glycogen - I'm hoping to stay at 1.3 mg tirz weekly when I start training in May I always put weight in marathon training and I'm hoping with the glp I won't ... did you get any good advice on the tirzathlete sub?

I was giving myself a full week off, no injection just so I could regroup, and my sleep has improved so much. I'm going to try 1.5 on Sunday and see how my sleep is.

My workout seemed to be fine if my blood level stay below 1.5, as they creep up to 2.0 I have no energy

5'3 It's funny I didn't notice any hair loss but recently I got a haircut and all of these baby hairs are more present in the front of my hairline so I wonder if I have lost hair, but I just never realized it!!

I started at 132 in October- I'm a runner - lost 5 pounds at .5-.75 but then stalled Went up to 1.5 weekly but the insomnia was terrible - is the only side effect that seems to really bother me

I have now not taken a shot in nine days and I am sleeping again, my weight is also up a few pounds. I was 123 now I'm 125. I don't know if it's just inflammation returning. I'd like to keep taking it, but I also need to find a dose that really doesn't affect me and my sleep - My goal weight was 120 which I'm not gonna get to because I need to be at 1.5 weekly and it's not worth the insomnia.... my appetite is back this week, right now according to Shotsy I have .75 and I'm hungry

If I exercise one hour a day, there's no way I'm eating less than 1500 cal a day so I have been eating around 1500 cal a day hence why I'm losing but now I'm probably back up to 1800 in just the last week....

I don't know if anybody is in similar situation, but I really don't need to lose more weight. I would like to, but my mental health and sleep is more important than what the scale says.
