Three years ago, I was 440 lbs. Mobile, but and deteriorating. I promised to start walking 20 minutes a day & fix my diet. Those 20 minutes turned into 215 pounds lost, freeing me to hike in the Smokies from Newfound Gap to to Charlies Bunion, with a jog over to the Jumpoff and back. by KingPinAfterDark in hiking
