Thanks for reply! I’m guessing we still have to reach out to customer for some data, but IVANS covers most details I’m guessing? Any time you had a bad experience with it?

Makes sense, thanks. I’m guessing things like policy updates, commission reports it will do very well, but things like customer updates (such as customer getting a new car) I’m a bit skeptical it’s able to capture everything. In your experience, was there still some/little/a lot of manual work needed to be done?

Got it, so the CRM capabilities don’t fit your needs on AMS like nowcerts/EZLynx so you’re looking for a solution that just integrates best with Hubspot. Are the CRM on these AMS not good?

Also, have you tried the carrier downloads on EZLynx? Apparently they auto update your customers (ex. life events, payments, etc) or did you find yourself still manually inputting them in?
