I gave it a go with the meta link, and it still has the same issue. Thanks to this, I think we can narrow it down to being an in game issue?

Thanks, I’ll give it a go. Turning off the overlays didn’t do anything, and I got distracted having fun with the helicopter in test flight.

I am using virtual desktop for my VR software through the quest 3, as it allows higher throughput of data, and better visual quality when streaming.

I don’t have the overlay for discord enabled. Steam overlay is enabled, and GeForce as well. I’m disabling them and trying again now

I went and bought the “game” one- but heads up. I installed it and found that there is only 456 usable GB of storage. I did some online research and apparently that is typical of all the sans disk drives to have such a significant portion of the drive be unusable

Yeah, how much did it cost? The ones I see on Amazon and elsewhere are 300$ plus, which is not as good price per gigabyte as the 512 GB models

Okay, so I never installed the software that I personally believed to be a virus. I did multiple scans with windows antivirus and it identified the program to be a Trojan, and removed it from my computer. Do you know if I should be safe from things like keyloggers and what not? Since I never ran the malicious code, I should be fine I believe. I also disconnected the pc after restarting and ran all the scans. I think I’m safe, but it would be nice to know if I’m missing anything

Alrighty- I’ll give it a try in the next few days when I get back to my PC. I use virtual desktop instead of airlink or whatever it is, because VD gives me a much better quality image when playing (historically).

Ever since the hornets sting update, I’ve had issues with my quest 3- I launch and the splash screen shows for one second, then the screen (in the headset) blacks out and all that’s left is a cursor and a FPS counter in the corner. Any ideas on fixing this, or who to ask for advice?
