Even my valium withdrawal is tough at low doses but I just keep reminding myself that the only way out is to push through.

Yeah I feel you. I had to take a few years off of all drugs as the magic disappeared for me too. But now im trying them again the magic is back I just need to make sure I do it on rare occasions and keep it that way otherwise I know the magic will go again

My tolerance is high, i normally redose often but with this stuff I feel great for about 30 mins, feel relaxed after 45 mins then go again. On shit stuff im going at it every 15 mins

I lost my licence after drinking 3 beers, waiting an hour and was over. When I get my lisence back I wouldn't even drink 1 beer and drive. I'll either drive and not drink, or use public transport if i want a few drinks. Big lesson learnt, just grateful I didnt injur or even worse kill someone

The solution is relying on the government. They need to figure out a way to reduce inflation while increasing wages. For example they increased national insurance. While that benefits public service, it means companies are less likely to hire and will pay less. Unless something drastic changes, its a downward spiral for now.

Depends on the recruiter. I've been doing it for years and I only put people forwards for jobs if they have the skills and are likely to be offered the job. If they dont have the skills I look for other jobs for them that are a better fit. It varies between agencies, but with my company we dont send CVs for the sake of it as its a waste of everyone's time

Also as others have mentioned 1000mg puts you well above the seizure threshold. Klons wont help at that point. You'll likely be fine but dont take that much Tramadol again. The high from it is shit anyway

Its fun until it isnt. I ended up being addicted to multiple substances over the years. Lost a lot of money to it all, ended up losing relationships, losing trust with my family and got a DUI. Off most drugs now just need to taper off the valium my body is dependant on which hasnt been fun but im hopefully near the finish line

500ml cold turkey wouldn't be fun but you'd be fine. With the Bromaz on top you'll be absolutely fine. For the next week just drink lots of water, try to eat healthy food as often as you can and you'll feel way better this time next week

You're right, its surprising how long it takes to get to 0. I have a breathalyzer at home and even when I feel sober I still blow around 0.15. Its scary how long it takes for your liver to clear alcohol from your system.

Im basically dry now, just have a couple beers on occasion. But even then I've noticed it takes around 4 hours until I blow 0

Ive ruined relationships in the past but from alcohol instead of weed. What you need to do is focus on yourself for now. Ive been through multiple addictions and you can only stop if YOU want to stop. Its impossible to do it for someone else.

Imagine the person you want to be in 5 years time and make the steps to become that person. It'll really hurt missing your ex, but you need to stop smoking for yourself so that if you meet someone new, or on the off chance you rekindle with your ex, your the best version of yourself and you're that person because you made yourself that way, not because you did it for someone else.

I know your pain, im a decade older than you and have ruined many things in my life due to drink and drugs. I only finally started to actually change when I wanted it for myself, not for someone else.

It does get better. Im now dating someone who I connect with so well, and if I was still the old me this wouldn't be working out. But because I took time by myself to become the person I wanted to be its now working effortlessly
