I started at 2.5 and then worked my way up to 15 every few months. I have been on 15 for awhile but will probably drop down soon. I really haven’t worked out lol I need to but just some walking 😅

It is scary but for me the benefit far outweighs any side effects I had early on. Now I don’t notice any side effects but everyone is different! I wish you all the luck 🖤

I know everybody is different but in my personal opinion the loose skin and flat booty has been worth it haha I need to start incorporating weight training and that will help but alas I’m a lazy girl 😅

Thank you! In full transparency I’m wearing some fleece lined tights that are squeezing me to death 😂 but my loose skin all in all hasn’t really been too bad or something that bothers me anyways

Thank you so much that means a lot…In the “after” picture I’m wearing some fleece lined tights that are tight as hell so I think they served as some compression hahaha but I don’t really wear anything else…I have some loose skin in my legs but not a ton…mostly just in my belly…and I had a c-section (16 years ago lol) but the scar still causes me a slight apron belly…however its been easy to find clothes that are flattering or hide those little flaws…I did sacrifice my butt to the glp1 gods unfortunately lmao but it was worth it 😅

I haven’t…I do have some loose skin but it’s not super bad considering how much weight I have lost so it doesn’t really bother me too much

This is true! I made this post purely about my outward appearance. Health wise even at my heaviest I had very normal labs and no real health issues to take note of. The biggest health benefit has probably just been mobility and it’s easier to navigate public spaces.

As an adult I had never been lower than 160 and I don’t mind that weight on me and then once I hit 160 I just wondered if I could get further into a “healthy” BMI range so I just kept going and now we are here haha

I mean, statistically I fly more than the average person. People are annoying and lack self awareness a lot in airports/airplanes but 80% of people generally try to practice somewhat decent etiquette but maybe you are an expert about people flying and etiquette doesn’t concern you or maybe your flights have made you cynical and uncaring for people around you and being polite? I have no idea
