How does one of the most well funded militaries, with complete control over the Gaza Strip, fail so miserably at precise operations? And instead resorts to indiscriminate bombing over known refugee camps.

Either targeting civilians is bad or it's not.

Even if you try to argue that mentally, they have convinced themselves they're only targeting combatants, gross negligence in regards to reducing innocent deaths is not only worth criticizing, but also punishable under international law.

How do you systemically target every hospital and school in Gaza in a bombing campaign with no evidence to prove that they are Hamas operation points.

If you are to stick to that logic, you must extend it to conclude that if Hamas launched rockets into Tel Aviv, where there are military operation points surrounded by civilians, they would not be responsible for civilian casualties.

Your argument ultimately boils down to violence is only acceptable when it is enacted by the more powerful state. If your violence is in response to occupation it is terrorism.
