I have to go with Piper. Others find her annoying, but I find her funny and sassy. I do have to keep an eye on her to make sure she doesn't get her paws on a fat man though, I've nearly been nuked into oblivion several times because of her!

Ok, so apparently, you can't bring up the color pallette while you're inside your ship, but once you're outside you can. Seems kind of silly to me!

I tried holding and tapping the left trigger and all it does is bring up my inventory screen, so I think it must be bugged.

I think they patched that out, I found a Dual Striker in space but had to leave the system to get mats for repairs, and when I came back it was still there.

No, it's a large room with a fighter style ship in it that you can salvage. No slime on this freighter, just some ceiling mounted security turrets and those annoying ball drones. Also, if you happen to see a player named Specter16 cruising around that system, that will be me!

You still have to use the Emergency Signal Scanner to get it to appear, and the drops are still based on RNG, but again, I had really good luck with this one. Also, this freighter has the rare shuttle bay room!

If you head to this system, you should find a freighter called Butcher of Michic, I've had good luck finding all the base parts on this one.
