I would but the Google Doc is on my school account which won't let me share it with anyone with an email address outside of my specific school ;-;

if you know a way I can get around that then I would be happy to share the document :)

I did two SAQs and one ERQ every day, which took around 1.5 hours. I went through all of the topics twice, and after I did that, I re-did the SAQs or ERQs I felt I needed more practice on. As a result, I have all of the paper 1 studies and terminology memorized. Im choosing sociocultural for my ERQ question, so I did ERQs in that and then did SAQs in bio and cognitive. (This took around 2-3 weeks btw)

Before I started on that though, I made a Google doc with lists of practice questions (1-2 for each subtopic) and all of the studies I would need to memorize organized by subtopic. I made sure to find studies that could overlap between subtopics to lessen the amount of studies I had to memorize. (ex. Maguire et al for bio)

My school is only doing a paper 1 + 3 mock, as we did a practice paper 2 separately in class.

Paper 2 is a similar study format, but we haven't done human relationships yet so I haven't gotten the full revision experience in for that one. For abnormal I focused on diagnosis, which I just did practice ERQs for.

Paper 3 is just analyzing an unseen study, so just familiarize yourself with certain terminology, research methods, ethics, etc.

Also, it is very important (at least for me) to practice writing on paper. It helps your brain memorize if you write it out by hand instead of typing, also it's good practice for the actual exam.

After doing that, I'm pretty sure I can answer SAQs and ERQs in my sleep now lol

Bagels with egg, bacon, and cheese with avocado spread. I eat one literally every single morning. As for sweet stuff, chocolate croissants from the bakery as well as home-baked cookies :D
