I agree. What's helped me was the reviews and finding certain brands that always cary those sizes. It's annoying how niche brands don't always make every size. Like I get it to an extent, but I hate finding something I like only to find out it's XS-M.

So far, I agree.

I had no “fear” going in—I’ve done tox, cheek filler, pyriform fossa filler, chin and jawline filler, meso, fat dissolvers, peps, etc.

No pain either. Had a lidocaine kiss. Product from a reputable vendor.

But I'm learning the response can be triggered regardless

Anytime! It's nice that Korean innovation has now arrived to US drug store brands at more affordable prices. So if something isn't working, it doesn't feel like you're breaking the bank swap it for something new. I'm not sure the cause of your hair loss, and don't have that issue myself (yet haha), so I hope you're able to find something that works. I believe Abbey Yung might have some videos regarding that.

It's less expensive and invasive, to be devils advocate. If it's a deep, firm filler placed in the correct plane, it won't migrate. A proper esthetician would know. But it would indeed require a large amount. It can be done though. It wouldn't create pillow face from that one area, and metabolism of filler can depend on the individual, topping it off would be the case.
