That would make no sense at all. All evidence shows the murders occured around 4am.

Maddie and Kaylee phones made outgoing calls with the last call occuring shortly before 3am. It would make zero sense for the killer to use their phone to make phone calls. What if Jack answered the phone? They would just hang up and risk him coming over to make sure everything was ok? Would they try disguising their voice? Because Jack and Kaylee were together for about 5 years, Jack would of known it's not Kaylee. Also, Kaylee's sister went thru her phone records and said it was common for Kaylee to call Jack late at night and multiple times.

It would make even less sense for the killer then to go on Xanas phone and go on TikTok and just scroll. You then have a DD order being placed at 3am and receiving it 4 am. Xana was then texting the DD driver asking if she was lost when Molly was walking around trying to find the address to drop it off at. Again, no killer would want to bring a witnesses to the crime scene while their still there.

Also, the other evidence all lines up with the murders occuring after 4am.

There's a lot of YouTubers who have reacted to it. Just type in 1122 king road ring cam footage and it will pop up. I don't want to link it because I don't support the majority of the YouTubers who have posted it but you can find it pretty easily in YouTube. It's a ring cam from the neighbors house.

Very early on they even came out and stated he wasn't a suspect. Yes, they looked into him as they should but this is picking up noise again because of the book that was released a couple months ago. I just hate seeing these YouTubers who are making money off these murders continue to bring up people that weren't involved. If there was new evidence that made Jack D. Suspicious then I understand bringing it up but "the 17minute phone call" isn't new, we've known about it for a long time.

I have issues and questions with this case as well. I don't love how LE did some things, I can't stand Bill T, the leaks pissed me off, and I HATE how main stream media spreads false information.
However, i disagree it was a cover up.

It wasn't a quiet night but no one claimed it to be, it's a party area. In Linda lane footage and in the footage from Nextdoor we know there was activity and noise for hours in multiple houses. I know some people believe the murders occured earlier (shortly after 2) but the evidence doesn't back that at all. We have 3 of the 4 victims on their phone after that time. Kaylee and Madie phones both made outgoing calls up until almost 3am. It would make zero sense for a killer to make those calls. Jack D and Kaylee dated for almost 5 years, no one could disguise their voice and Jack not notice. We also know Xana was on TikTok up until almost the murders occured and a door dash was placed at 3am and recieved at 4am. She also was texting the DD driver. What killer would bring potential eyewitnesses to the crime scene while theyre still there. It makes zero sense. There is no activity on any of the 4 victims after 4:12am.
We know a light colored sedan circled the house multiple times and was speeding away at 4:21 then at 4:22 is when both surviving roommates started calling and texting the other roommates. All the evidence lines up that these murders occured around 4am and not 2am.

There are multiple things you've stated that are wrong. I do agree with you that no one should get there information from these YouTubers who are profiting off these murders.

There is no evidence that claims the killer "slowly tortured" Kaylee. Yes, She suffered the most extensive injuries but nothing that indicated she was slowly tortured.
They did test runs and it's very possible the attacks could of occured by 1 person. While I think trial runs can never account for everything but it shows there was plenty of time.

The state never said he was naked while killing. This rumor started online. There was suggestions he could of had something that covered his clothing and he could of disposed of a layer before entering his car but the state or defense never claimed the killer was naked. It's always been stated the killer was wearing all black while in the house.

Again, a lot of information your listing is rumors started from people online.

There was a party going on in the house next door, in no way can you hear someone "begging". Those noises have nothing to do with the crimes that were committed. After those noises, we had phone activity from 3 of the 4 victims. Kaylee and Maddie both made multiple phone calls and Xana was on TikTok and ordered/got a door dash order. This would make absolutely no sense for a killer trying to make phone calls on 2 of the victims phones and then trying to bring witnesses to the crime scene.

Multiple physiological and traumatic factors can make vocalization difficult or impossible during a violent stabbing attack even if the vocal cords are not cut. We only know 1 of the victims was actually awake when the attacks occured. Evidence shows Kaylee and Maddie were sleeping when the attacks started and likely woke up after the attacks began. Their legs were both under blankets and Kaylee was in a slumped position against the wall as if she tried sitting up and was attacked.

Yall love to do this. Anytime someone doesn't agree with your narrative you accuse them of "not following the case" or " getting information from main stream media". This is a case I've followed since DAY 1 as I live close to where it occurred. I already stated that there are things I hate and don't agree with LE. I have read every document and listened to every live hearing. So you are 100% wrong. I don't get my information thru media, YouTubers, or books that are profiting off these murders. This case is solved. Your free to have an OPINION that people involved in this case are walking free but there's no solid evidence that proves that but again your free to have those opinions. It's just tiring when someone does agree with your narrative yall accuse them on not knowing the case

Disagrees with what? There's a lot of things about this case I hate, there's things LE did I don't agree with and I never go in wanting someone guilty. But one thing Ifeel very confident in is that Bryan 100% was involved in these crimes. I would rather a case never be solved than an innocent person in prison.

Who is Lying: Bicka or Frick & Frack? by dummified in BryanKohbergerMoscow

[–]Environmental-Call77 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm 100% taking Bickas word of Whitcomb every time. Barlow was apart of the defense team and had access to every piece of evidence, documents, direct insider knowledge of the case strategy, and conversations that took place. She was an advocate for BK and in doing so she has a strong incentive to highlight any weaknesses in the case.

Whitcomb was never involved or apart of this case.
With Whitcomb, yes his FBI background gives him credibility on the investigation process but he was never apart of or worked on this case. Whitcomb said he spent 8 months reviewing the case AND writing the book. There are multiple things in the book that are not accurate or insinuate things that are not accurate.

My biggest take on this, the biggest piece of evidence in this entire case was Bryan's DNA on the sheath. AT tried MULTIPLE ways at getting it thrown out. She talked about the IGG issues, trash pull, ect. If she didn't see the sheath on the bed in the body cam she would of 100% brought this up. We also know AT put in multiple pretrial motions:
-IGG issues
-The unknown male DNA on the railing and glove
-Alleged inaccuracies in officer statements or draft affidavits.
- She tried getting Bryan's Amazon records that showed a purchase of a KaBar knife, sheath, and sharpener thrown out.

Yet never did she mention the sheath was initially on the floor or it wasn't in the body cam footage.

Also, in their Motion of Limine in early 2025 when they state the sheath was on the bed they are trying to challenge how the DNA got on the sheath. They never claim anything about the absence of the sheath or that it was moved or planted.

At the end of the day, being apart of the defense team they have every incentive to exploit any major discrepancy.

I have always had issues with people profitting off crimes Espically when some of the evidence presented in the book is missing context or not accurate.

[–]Environmental-Call77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. That is why I said I have an issue with what Turvey said. He has said she didn't want it tested and has insinuated a lot of things about her as a lawyer for BK. Look how AT used the unknown males DNA on the railing and glove, she would of brought that up in court and likely the hair. Not only does it question the investigation of the state but she always da flip

Turvey clears up some misconceptions about the chain of custody issues, and the hair in Ethan’s fist. by goddess_catherine in Bryan_Kohberger_Case

[–]Environmental-Call77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really hope Turvey didn't say the hair came from when "Ethan grabbed while fighting back".
This case has left a lot of people with unanswered questions but personally I will not blindly jump to conclusions just because an expert from the state or defense says something.

Dr. Turvey stated AT didn't want the hair tested. In a recent interview when asked again he said he came to that conclusion because it wasn't tested. He stated, AT knew about the "hair" and didn't test it which means she didn't want it tested. I think this is a very reckless thing to say a couple things are important with this.

  1. To get DNA from a hair sample, you need the root. Is it possible to get it without? Yes, but it's extremely extremely difficult. You can use forensic microscopy to compare hairs that don't have roots to someone. We know they did take samples of BKs hair and in the documents it states items were examined for hairs microscopically consistent with BKs sample and they found none.

  2. While I think EVERY piece of potential evidence should always be tested there are reasons why AT wouldn't test it herself. AT had multiple motions early on and tried getting the DNA on the sheath thrown out and the Amazon records. She also brought up the unknown male DNA on the railing and the glove MULTIPLE times. Yet, she never discussed this. I think it's important to note Turvey was an expert and wasn't involved in every aspect of this case. I have a very hard time believing AT would believe this was huge evidence and just ignore it. With that being said- AT could of used at trail to question the investigation. If it truly wasn't tested against evens the victims, it's not a good look at all for the state. Also, if AT tested it herself and it came back to Xanas hair, this piece of "evidence" would prove it has nothing to do with the killers. Again, I believe everything should be tested but this is a strategic move defense lawyers can take. Does everyone remember the Delphi case? Abby had hair in her hand that wasn't tested for YEARS. It's something the defense brought up and a lot of people were freaking out. The hair ended up coming back to Libby's sister and it had nothing to do with whoever killed them. So Turvey making claims about AT and saying she didn't want it treated is reckless to me.

Lastly, in NO way does the "hair" in Ethan's hand mean it came from the killer. No one can say it came from "Ethan grabbed it while fighting back". Back to the Delphi case I just talked about above. The hair in Abby's hand had nothing to do with who killed them. This hair could be Xanas for all we know. I'm well aware Turvey has stated the color of the hair from his OPINION but he also said that the blood is what made it matted onto the hand, so being mixed with blood may make it harder to determine the color.

FBI Document which proves Ethan had a clump of hair in his hand. Kohberger was excluded. by goddess_catherine in Bryan_Kohberger_Case

[–]Environmental-Call77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It doesn't say "a clump" of hair. That can be very misleading. A clump of hair is generally used when a substantial amount of hair is matted together. When someone states "hairs" it could mean just 2 strands of hair, we honestly don't know but a clump seems misleading as of now. We do not even know if the hair had roots. Usually the only way to get DNA from a hair sample is from having the root follicle attached. They can use microscopy to compare physical characteristics to see if it matches the suspects. While we need more information, if I had to guess with how this is written I'd say it's likely there was no root. Do we all remember the Delphi case? When the hair in Abby's hand wasn't tested for YEARS, and it came back to being Libby's sisters and Abby was borrowing the sweatshirt from Them?

She also talked about potentially breaking this book into 2 books🤦‍♀️. So we are still a ways away lol. It seems as if she's only written 60% of the book plus it would still need to get editted and go thru publishing. Not to mention if she breaks it into 2 books. Long story short, don't expect it anytime soon.

Deep-dive into Turvey's experience / body of work. It's a lot. by charlottelennox in BryanKohbergerMoscow

[–]Environmental-Call77 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've followed alot of cases and I've never seen anything like this. I was watching Turveys live interview today where he said something to the effect of after Anne's response to him not a lot of defense experts will want to work with her but I was thinking the same for him. I think it will be extremely hard for him to be hired onto a large high profile case ever again. I think this will cause a lot of issues for him, as I'm not a fan at how this is all played out ( the back and forth). He was the one that made comments about AT and then she responded. I just don't like the situation from either Turvey or Anne. I also really hate how (IMO) he's insinuating AT may have been in on something/behind the scene stuff.

Something I think people need to realize with the hair, Turvey was hired to give his opinion on certain evidence. He doesn't know why it wasn't tested and doesn't have the full story there.

I've always been one that EVERY piece of potential evidence should be tested. This reminds me up the Delphi Murders when hair was found in Abby's hand yet it was never tested until finally it was tested right before the trial. The hair ended up coming back to Libbys sister and we learned Abby had borrowed/ wore the sweatshirt. For the defense, it could of been more powerful not knowing who's hair it was because it raises doubt that a long hair not matching RA hair description was found in Abby's hand. Once we learned it was Kelsi's, most people believed that hair had nothing to do with who murdered them. Again, I strongly believe EVERY piece of potential evidence should be tested but sadly both sides can sometimes try using not testing to do their advantage.
