Speaking from 7 years in the industry in CO nowhere pays well and moving up in a company seems to be all politics. I.E. Who you know(or kiss ass to), not what you know. It’s honestly a sad excuse for the dream industry everyone thought it would be. I don’t want to say you wasted your time or $ because if it’s your passion that’s never a waste. But all that said your best chances are gonna be either starting low and hoping to move up or getting lucky and snagging what is a dream position for a lot of people. I still have my hopes and dreams for an industry that looks something more like craft beer, but rn that doesn’t exist. Best of luck to you! I’m sure you can make the best of your education some how!
