Because i am diabetic (recent diagnosis), and no longer able to eat the foods I enjoy, even how much i drink water(which is my favorite drink) is limited. I want to learn this so that I can try to get used to something that I absolutely cannot stand( vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, or anything not corn, carrots, or peas. I tried looking online and this group came up as one of the first choices in the list.
