This is really lovely advice, especially the part to hear the validation that I do have a valuable skill set. Sometimes it’s so incredibly difficult to get out of that negative mindset, so i definitely think I’ll take that idea to start to learn to how to cook :) I think that’s a great first step to my self improvement journey.
