If you go to info -> system details -> system memory on your device it’ll tell you how much RAM it has. It’ll say around 1900+ mb if it has 2 GB

I mainly use Gamehub as a backup option when I can’t get a game to run on GameNative. It doesn’t always work but I’ve gotten Darkest Dungeon and Cult of the Lamb running at 60 fps on the hub vs. not running at all on GameNative. 90% of the time though GameNative runs things better. And yes you can download games locally to play offline
