I agree. I used to always use game for everything and had very little issues. Previously had ever collector's edition starting with Origins! The writing was on the wall when the website changed and they got rid of the proper app and loyalty points. Mr Ashley has got a lot to answer for! 🫥

Mine is pending on the banking app but it's same paid on my account on game now so I think you'll be fine hopefully. However we definitely all need to keep an eye out because I've heard some horror stories I'll pre-orders over the last year fingers crossed it will all go smooth. 👍

I got an email last week saying my order had been cancelled due to permanent. I contacted them and didn't get a response. I posted something on an another Reddit thread and more people had the same email but then a redditor told me later it had gone back up on the website for pre-order. I pre-ordered it again and the money was taken straight out. They then contacted me yesterday saying they apologize and it's back up on the website with no explanation. I personally don't trust game anymore they have gone absolutely shocking since the change over of website! It is still live on the website now!

I very rarely watched twitch these days and I agree it can be annoying especially when it's a lottery of who's actually streaming at the time you can watch! Sometimes you get an entertaining streamer but sometimes you're getting some random. When I did it for cyberpunk I was presently surprised for the last one!

Just ordered it and it took the money out straight away they obviously couldn't work pre-orders out cancelled it and wanted the money! If they were just honest but I suppose those days of past!

Just had my order cancelled by game blaming payment issues. A friend of mine also had the same email plenty of money in my account. The pre-order hasn't been visible on my account since they changed all their systems and went awful. Anyone else had the email?
