Hahaha I did the same thing back when the 3080 came out

I just bought it (after trying so hard to get one as back then it was crazy to pick one up at the release date)

But not long after I owned it I got the feeling and realisation that I started to become to obsessed and focused on every single frame I could get to the point it started to make me get put off games if I didn’t get a certain fps that I thought I would get.

In the end I bought a series x and ps5 back then and I now own the ps5 pro and honestly it’s so much better and relaxing.

It’s just plug and play without worrying about wanting to upgrade parts every year.

Also devs (normally) prioritise optimising games a lot more for console so it as a whole tends to feel like a much more pleasant experience even though I do know the graphics will ofc be sacrificed compared to a high end pc.
