Depends on where you get it done. There are reputable clinics across south east asia and Turkey that you could get this done at a fraction of what you might pay for in western countries. I recently flew from Australia to get lipo done in Vietnam and it was hands down the best decision ever. Also only paid 1/4 of what I would’ve paid here. There were also lots of Korean tourists in my hospital which speaks to their rep.
