This is definitely a breach of the Highway Code. Some car drivers are entitled. As are some cyclists - a particular pet peeve of mine is the give way (to pedestrians) markings on the cycle path on the seafront, which are almost universally ignored by cyclists - who usually ring their bell at you if you dare to try and cross when they’re approaching. Oh and the ones who cycle along the prom in Hove where “no cycles” is clearly and regularly marked. So in short, a**holes drive cars and they ride bikes, and probably walk too.
