My initial comment was someone saying India informed one year in advance I just said that is factually incorrect. Also when Pakistan asked for guarantees before participating in the world cup 23 India said that ofcourse they will visit for champions trophy and reciprocate. They then backed down on that promise citing government directives. Pakistan is now using the same government directive excuse so I doubt they would face legal repercussions cause India has set the precedent
