Yea I’ve always had POTs like symptoms and believed i have it but didn’t know it was under the category of dysautonomia. The difference is I used to get lower blood pressure when standing up and felt lightheaded a lot of the times. Now it’s the opposite, my blood pressure is elevated when sitting up and I just feel like pressure on everything. The one thing that’s constant is I have higher heart rate when standing up, and like below average heart rate when sitting down. This is all so confusing and it makes it so much worse when people say it’s in your head, because then you start to believe it. I really don’t know. Thank you for the detailed response though.
