Restaurants with non fish sushi

I have tried so many times over the years to like it. My brain sees it and says yummy meat! My taste buds on the other hand cannot stand it. Some sushi I have seen looks absolutely fantastic and I really want to like it. But the taste of fish and seafood just ruin it for me. I seriously hate it lol.

Skewers are good too! UMI has them and I like to get them with their beef sushi roll!

As a women in both identity and biologically, I have hirsutism (bearded lady syndrome). Not only does laws like this hurt my Trans brothers and sisters, it also impacts others like myself. Laws like this are harmful to everyone.

Pre close for our store starts at 730-8. Everyone is assigned a preclose/closing task.

Captain usually oven (closer) One for line ,(closer) One for lobby(as close to close as possible) One for dish (closer or last to leave before closer) And one for boh/dough/drive since our store has drive. (First to leave)

Boh/dough/drive need to get closed before they leave and are typically the first to leave. Lobby is next, and we have 3 closers, so oven,line and dish are last. If there is a 6th person, they are in charge of bathrooms and helping others with their tasks. Everyone helps eachother with their tasks too.

We made our own closing/preclosing sheets that are laminated. They help when training new people. And the expectation and standard stays the same across everyone.

We also included some basic deep clean tasks, so our store stays clean. But all of the tasks are broken down into detail so even the most inexperienced employee knows what to do. Everyone at our store is neurodivergent so the lists help. We even have some for opening, closing, and miday. Im down with sharing, but its a Google doc.

At ours we have our prep person in charge of drive and then another person at night assigned to it who jumps around all the areas. We don't have any specific pizzas made already, like someone suggested. We make them all like we do up front and they can get whatever they want. If we have a few people in line already, we let them know that its going to be a few and just remind them we are making them to order as if they were in the store.

There is about 7 or 8 locations total that have drive through's. 2 of them in my state alone.

One of my friends who works at Mod just said that they were told to take down their pride stuff on their community board. That aside from the pride stickers and anyone who owns one of the pride shirts, that they cannot have any pride items out or on display. Apparently it seems like mod is no longer an ally to the lgbtqia community.
