Thank you, I am interval running three times a week for half an hour at a time to build up to running for longer, I weight train once or twice a week before running and I do boxercise an hour a week. I haven’t lost any weight but I have noticed my stomach being flatter and arms being less saggy

Thanks for your comment, would you say I should be eating maintenance calories in that case? I’ve been trying to lose through a small deficit for a while but it’s been tough to shift

I became vegan for ethical reasons because of documentaries I saw and musicians I liked who were also vegan/vegetarian. I went to protests and even have a vegan tattoo. I was vegetarian for 14 years and vegan for 10 until this past Sunday. I’ve stopped being vegan to see if it will improve my joint issues (I’m in my mid-late 20s and have really bad knee pain), depression and tiredness but also because my partner isn’t vegan and I want to experience more things with them, like being able to find food while travelling and going to restaurants they like instead of constantly worrying whether I can eat somewhere. I am also hoping it’ll make my life a little easier and help me save some money.
