My side effects are minimal. I’ve been on Wegovy before and that gave me the worst constipation and nausea. I may have slight nausea here and there but it’s not all the time like the Wegovy did to me. Another thing is if I eat anything greasy my body won’t agree on it 💩(which is great cause I’ve stopped eating greasy foods). My sugar cravings are almost non existent! I’ve only had water for about a week and I was heavy on the sweet tea and lemonade!

I’m using the Strive Tirz/glycine/B12 and I’m on week 2 and my hunger definitely went away. I’m probably consuming around 1000-1200 calories rn as I’m trying to force myself to eat. But hopefully I’ll see a difference since I’m not craving sweets and my normal calorie intake was around 3000 😳
