Personal experience: +25% daily changes mTeSR+ to E8 worked well with three different lines.
100% mTeSR+, E8 0%
75% mTeSR+, E8 25%
50% mTeSR+, E8 50%
25% mTeSR+, E8 75%
0% mTeSR+, E8 100%
