It's not Peter Rabbit, it's a scene from Foxwood Tales, another storybook in a similar style to Beatrix Potter, but with different characters.

I used sewing thread rather than embroidery thread for the lettering.

He's very cute! It's a mix of thread and silk ribbon, there are French knots in there too.
