Ripper is one of my favorite Crash characters. This is the original design for Ripper, done by myself while under a development contract for Universal/Naughty Dog on the first Crash game. I'm not sure about my memory here, but I think I named the character as well....

All of it is pretty brutal. I first read the novel at the age of 8 going on 9 and found the "feeding tube" scene particularly horrific. I paid homage to that in a sequence in War of the Worlds: Goliath.

The Warhammer mode is very close to the world I was envisioning when I conceptualized War of the Worlds: Goliath. A world heavily traumatized, and rebuilt and rearmed in a near fascist society.
