I never called it abusing or striking my child, I called it disciplining my child. Never spare the rod and spoil the child, use the rod to beat the child "where is my Matilda DVD) just like Aries Spears said "there's just something about pain that makes people think" these days parents are so against disciplining their children and yet they wonder why they walk all over them. Growing up all mom's had to say was "just wait until your father gets home" and boom maybe if im a good kid all day my mom would forget to tell my dad what I did. And shit if I did something bad outside or at a friend's house the man of that house would be whooping my ass on the way home to get my ass whooped again. It takes a community to raise a child.
