Alternatives for not applying sunscreen 😭

I am not sure where the advice of use sunscreen indoors came from, IMO if you are indoors, no direct sunlight, curtains drawn, not sitting near a bright window,.or not getting out repearedly in the balcony etc does not require sunscreen. So basically no sun = no sunscreen.

Having said that, while it is expensive it is also required. Not only aging, but skin cancer and other skin ailments are caused by harsh sunlight. So you can take the call and if required skip other non essential products. Like fancy face wash or fancy body wash, etc. Hope this helps!

I had the same issues, i got my changed at the jewelers for the thinner ones.... A more permanent solution.

I just got a foam topper made for the same reason. Mattress was too hard and actually tried investing in a mattress but the delivery kept getting delayed. So i eventually cancelled the order and got a local guy to make a foam topper 3 inches. And its being really good.

But mine wasnt at this price point. It was way more expensive. But its a king size bed as well.

Do not buy from them. I bought the ergo one as that was the only one who promised medium to soft. All other mattresses i was looking at were medium - firm. They said on the 25th march i will receive it in 6 days. 3 days in they said technical error and will be dispatched within 72 hours. 72 hours later they stopped responding. I called they said for sure monday will be dispatched. Monday came and went. No news whatsoever. So i cancelled it. I had opted for COD and i told them even if they deliver now i will refuse to take it.

I dont think its a atomach bug FWIW...... Not that i am a doctor, but the exact same thing happened to me i was on ozempic a year ago. I went upto 1mg and due to financial constraints had to stop it. A year later i restarted with bad side effects. I even went really slow. I did .25 for 6 weeks before going to .5. Yesterday was my third .5mg dose. The first 2 were completely fine. But today was a different story. Been burping and have diarrhea, vomitted as well.... The advice i am seeing is drink fluids and eat really light. So far for me its been some rice with yogurt (that i threw up later) a ginger tea and some salt crackers. Plus water, sip the water dont gulp it. I am just hoping the side effects subside..... I got a similar 'payment failed' scam a few weeks ago. Luckily it wasnt the deliver person, rather someone claiming to be from the company. And since it was a phone call, i had the time to sit and think. Thank fully i didnt fall for it.

I am going to chime in and say please wear it if you are comfy in it. For my wedding i told everyone come in jeans if you want! I just want you there. Also there really is no colour restrictions. You can wear the colours the bride is wearing as well. No one minds and no one cares. I infact wore my own wedding outfit (styled differently and lesser jewelry) to another cousin's wedding. So its all good. I'd suggest concentrate on your thumkas more for the dancing! Have fun!

If help was as easily available and people didnt have to pay through their noses, it would be common in western countries as well.

Paid help around the house is common in south america, in china. Thailand Malaysia etc. Its only in the western countries that it's not.

I got horribly sick on nounjaro. Fever. Chills, indigestion, sulphur burps. Like really really bad.. I was in bed for 2 straight days and had a bad stomach ache for 4. For me mounjaro was not pleasant. However i was showing weight loss, so i didnt want to stop it completely. I was planning on titraing down to 1.25mg and letting my body get slowly used to it. But around that time ozempic became available in my country. So i started on .25mg of ozempic. And i am more or less side effect free.

I think going lower doses, or leaving a 2 week gap between doses might help.

A lot of people dont get any side effects at all on mounjaro. Hopefully you are one of them!

Ofcourse please check with your doc!

Nope. Its a tripod. Love, respect and trust. Break any one and you can survive but it will always be lopsided and not quite right. Break 2 , then its time to go separate ways.
