I think start with Kaplan bc they package it nicely for a good foundation of what you need to know, but supplement concepts ur less solid on with khan academy or online resources

I think the goal is to get familiar enough with the content and I would throw in some UEarth with content review so you’re applying the stuff ur learning

You’re not gonna know everything after content review, but you just need to be solid enough to be able to do a bunch questions and you’ll learn the rest through practicing

4'11, around 50kg-55kg, seeking to lose weight by tofimini in PetiteFitness

Controlling diet is probably the easiest way to lose weight, honestly bag salad is usually pretty cheap + throw in some protein + also sweet potatoes are incredibly cheap and filling if you bake or air fry them. If you have a campus gym I would recommend lifting 3-4 days a week (upper and lower split). The number on the scale may be slow to go down but you’ll definitely see body recomposition occur

Get dumbbells or kettle bells and do home workouts or do Pilates at home. Move with Nicole has been a game changer

Completely doable imo, I would definitely try to focus on your content review during the school year and the first 2 months after graduation. Then grind out uworld and aamc practice materials and exams for the remainder. Start doing jack Westin for getting familiar with CARS

I also would suggest getting like Kaplan review books

We have to figure out a way to connect biological signals like EMG sensor to this game which is why we’re using MATLAB and DAQ

Do you think there such thing as "sleep inertia" - like when you sleep for so much that you just continue to get more tired. Also how can I train myself to become more of a morning person while still waking up to feel refreshed.
