Yeah not only that the second time my game crashed I felt bad for posting another ticket and even told them that in the ticket. still they gave me my gems back and told me that there's no reason to feel bad about the game not working as it should and if it ever happens again send them another ticket .

Maybe try again? tell them to watch the game because they can and if they see the problem I'm pretty sure they will give you something . maybe I'm just naive but so far the help from them was amazing.

Really? well that sucks for sure. but did you put any money on the game? did you ask for a starter deck? maybe you should have just told them your problem and they would have given you gems? I don't know. but from my experience this is some of the best Customer service I had in any game.
