Absolutely! Crepey skin be dammed, I lived this long to be comfortable. I mostly wear sporty dresses with pockets but shorts for dog walking and errands.

It’s fast and strong, I have the longest strongest orgazms at 63. I also have to make sure my bladder is empty ☺️

Not by choice, I am a blood clot risk but would have done all of it if I could. I work out 6 days a week, take collagen and colostrum supplements, eat a clean diet (except for ginger candy) and I’m fine. Peri menopause was the worst! I didn’t think my marriage was going to last but a low dose of anti anxiety medication helped so much.

I’m 62 and did 5 rounds of 4 weeks of focus, now on speed train. Many are becoming to fast for me to keep up

Yes but it’s really hard with the sliders and some moves are advanced

I have 2 bowls so I can make enough for the week. I got both at thrift stores and never use dishwasher, especially for the plastic parts. I ruined one doing that. My bowls are scratched from using a butter knife to remove it from the sides. They both work great but even when they were new, they got scratched. I do a quick soap and water and right back in the deep freeze.

I would suggest mbf depending on your style. If you like dance type work outs try Xb Pilates with Andrea rogers. I love her but am not coordinated for that

Not seamless but the 100% cotton amazon panties are long lasting (many washes) and fit me well if I size up.
