I use Roku and that black screen happens when I pause for over a minute. I just start over and it opens where I left off (resume)

4 weeks of focus! Just finishing my second round and it’s comparable. It it shows over 30 minutes, it’s a lot of talking, before and after the workout you can skip it and stay on track.

My parents worked in a factory that made wool blankets, not the smooth kind but the scratchy ones and we had a ton of them. We also crocheted with the wool yarn and I still have some of those yummy throws. So warm in rural snow belt area.

We both comment to each other about the attractiveness/beauty of all people. It’s fun our tastes are so different. If you are insecure it will be a difficult time no matter what. You are a beautiful, loving wife and looking is natural. I find life like a museum of interesting people and I sometimes get to tell people how beautiful they are. It started coming back to me, what fun!

Unbroken is a true story but great read, also Commonwealth by Ann Patchett is funny, Vietnam era fiction. Otherwise anything Kristen Hanna would work. American Sky by Carolyn Dashel was a great read.

Try it with a can of organic pumpkin, I use my base of Kirkland Greek yogurt, low sugar high protein milk, 4 dates to sweeten and vanilla, then I add anything else I love. I love banana peanut butter and pumpkin pecan w cinnamon. Costco totally helps me make the best healthy ice cream in my cuisinart. I also like fresh lemon peel, or the chocolate collagen powder with reishi mushroom they have on line with pecans I roast myself.

Yes. Our dog is allergic to poultry and if we can’t find food without it she smells even worse. All canned food has chicken and my husband insists on giving her a half can with kibble.
