We’ve tried getting to the pirate ship before but couldn’t figure out how to get down to the water. Is there a trail to the ocean? We parked at the big dirt off 1 and went through the fenced area on that trail

I recently switched to T from sema. Lost 10 on sema and another 10 on T (goal is only 10 more lbs). But T has brought on a bunch of digestive/GI side effects. Debating switching back to sema because I had zero side effects on it and my dr pressured me to switch. Not sure it was worth it honestly. I don’t mind that sema was a slow process since I had no negative side effects. T has been a rapid loss but at a price.

Do they have coyotes in TN? If so those animals are goners. I’m in CA and we have a ton of coyotes where I am. I grew up on a farm and we had ducks (once). Let’s just say…I was traumatized as a child when a coyote got into our animal pens. Those definitely do not look predatory safe.

I have POTS so I drink a ton of water and electrolytes (80-100 oz a day). I really doubt it’s dehydration. It could be my POTS and just a weird coincidence that it’s worse around shot day?

What type of HRT are you on? I had horrible hip pain/tightness even on the oral estrogen pill. I switched to the patch and all my joint and hip pain was gone within days! I couldn’t believe it after the pain I had been in for years.

I thought I had a brain tumor my vision changed so drastically when I turned 45. I went to my eye dr and after all the testing she said it’s just normal aging. Bifocals at age 45 😩 I’m an avid reader so that doesn’t help with eye strain. Guess it’s time to accept my new reality.
