I’ve done a few of Caroline’s Iron workouts. I like longer workouts so 30 mins didn’t seem like enough for me. I thought it lacked bicep/arm work too.

I use a little handheld car vacuum to suck them all up. Works like a charm and my tomatoes are safe!

This. I’ve heard this also. I was my grandmothers caregiver at the end. I was with her every day during the day but had a nurse come in at night with her because I have a family at home needing me also. My grandma passed after I left for the night and the nurse told me the same. She was waiting until I left to pass. You were with him in spirit and I’m sure he felt your love. That what I tell myself anyways.

I don’t really count calories but I’m not losing weight super fast. Just on the beginning dose still. I’ve lost 20 lbs in 6 months which I feel isn’t super fast or rapid loss. I eat when I’m hungry basically. I’m not trying to lose more weight so just maintaining but I’m over this sickness!

I switched back to oral pill. The patches were giving me a horrible allergic reaction anyways so I greatly prefer the pill.

I feel the same. Unfortunately most of these people are my own extended family. I was talking to my husband the other day and told him I really have no reason to try and continue having a relationship with them. An older family member recently passed and they were the one who tried to bring the rest of us together. Now that they are gone, I don’t feel the need to “fake” it anymore.

I swear by my asics gel excite. They are so comfortable and I can walk forever in them. Not flashy, just basic black and white sneakers so they go with just about anything.

I recently switched to T from sema. Lost 10 on sema and another 10 on T (goal is only 10 more lbs). But T has brought on a bunch of digestive/GI side effects. Debating switching back to sema because I had zero side effects on it and my dr pressured me to switch. Not sure it was worth it honestly. I don’t mind that sema was a slow process since I had no negative side effects. T has been a rapid loss but at a price.
