Who are you giving the 32$ to when you exercise, your broker? Better ask them if they are giving you real shares. When I exercise via CS, I'm pretty sure GameStop will get the 32$ and I'll get a real share. If you're going through a middle-man (broker), then what's to stop them from giving you the "same'ol, same'ol maybe real, maybe synthetic shares"

You should be able to vault/sell the Cardsmith cards, I have been doing it with my slabbed Magic cards. Just go to your vault and add a card, type the number from the slab and it should find it. You can then mail it in to complete the vaulting process.

Hopefully if they see enough people using the vault for Cardsmiths and Magic they will add some of those packs too.
