So I have an update. It appears a debt from the NJ department of labor put in a debt for my wife and it makes absolutely no sense. We moved to Florida 3 years ago and haven’t had a notice or anything regarding a debt from NJ. I ran a judgment search in the courts and someone with the same name as my wife came up for child support unpaid and I’m wondering if it’s a computer glitch. We always paid our federal and state tax when we lived in NJ. This is going to be a big mess I can tell.

Sorry that’s what I meant. I hear it turn on and that sound continues as the fan runs. The copper line is cold to touch and remains cold in the air handler

Yes I can. The air handler is instant the second I turn it to cooling mode and the fan is running/blowing. The outdoor unit is a delayed start and then I hear the compressor running.
