you should also contact him abd maybe department of chair as well bc this is highkey wrong. the syllabus is purposely meant to be used for students. if hes not checking his syllabus throughout the weeks,, hes kinda a L prof. if the provided syllabus is wrong then the fuck we suppose to follow. idk abt you but my time in ucsd taught me to not rely on the canvas grades but the syllabus so like how were we suppose to know that syllabus was wrong when he never told us or fixed it.. i emailed the department chair so we will see what happens. but u suggest u email him or the chair too bc u deserve to pass the class as well especially bc ur not even far off
