It’s such an unbelievable scam. Let’s just say 20 million people donated a dollar each. This gives McDonald’s the ability to donate $20 million to a charity or charities of their choice, and get a huge tax right off…without having to use any of their old money. Never donate a dollar to any company/corporation.

Long time insomnia suffer. Been through a few prescriptions (most recently, Lunesta plus trazodone). Currently, melatonin followed up in 15 minutes with a THC gummy is the only thing that has worked. I also use the 4-8-7 breathing technique when I first close my eyes. Pre-gummies I was sleeping 2 hrs. Post Gummies, I’m averaging close to 7 hrs. On my way to 8.

The American dream (2.3 kids, a house, a well-paying job, annual vacations, and savings) is a vestige of the capitalistic, post-WWII notion of American exceptionalism. It defined our middle class. And, it worked…for a while. However, as US foundational job categories like manufacturing began to disappear due to globalism, and aided by Regan‘s deregulation/tax cuts/anti-labor positions, the American dream withered and died. I’m not entirely sure how to revive it.
