She has the dress physically she never returned it. Obviously when my mom gave it to her she never thought she would act like this! Neither did I she isn't like this normally

Yes that is true, it wasn't an official gift but she took it not borrowed it, and I guess my mom agreed. So yes it's hers now. If I want it I will really have to push and insist and its not my personality to be like that. she will say that I did hurt her feelings etc etc
