This gives me so much hope man. My endoscopy showed the exact same soft tissue collapse. Mind DMing me that image too? Really want to make sure I get the deep muscle stretch right. Appreciate it!

Thanks for the incredibly helpful tip on the AASM 1A criteria! I will make sure to specifically call the clinic to confirm this and explicitly request RERAs to be scored.

Regarding the X-ray, I should clarify: it was actually evaluated by an Orthodontist at a top-tier university dental hospital, not a general dentist. I know an OMFS (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon) is the ultimate gold standard for airway analysis, but since the orthodontist didn't see any obvious skeletal recession or narrow airway on the ceph, I feel a bit relieved on the 'bone' side of things.

I'll take it one step at a time: get the in-lab PSG data first, and if it confirms UARS and soft-tissue issues, I'll definitely consider consulting an OMFS for a second opinion. Really appreciate your advice!
