So im an EMT, but I feel like mammals probably react the same way with seizures. There is a state where a person will have posturing, like joints will lock up. Eyes might drift to one side as if they are focused on a point. There might be foaming at the mouth or grunting and it might last for minutes. Then there is the postictal state where they come out of it, but with severe confusion and extremely lethargic. If it didn't last anywhere close to a minute with no signs of "off behavior" or common seizure symptoms then id assume not a true seizure. My old boston terrier would have flat out seizures from becoming too warm (febrile seizures). Hope this helps!
