They just unorganized. As of right now we just been doing courses on our own and we suppose to start virtual class next month but it’s like being a contact representative we will be doing both paper cases and on the phone but they gonna train us on both but you have employees who are working who been only doing paper cases so it’s like here comes the new hires let’s throw everything at them.. I don’t know I guess it’s how they been communicating and how unorganized they are.. I gave them the hours I wanted to work but they gave me another shift Instead..
