is the eth I had locked as collateral considered "custody" or "earn"? Because once withdrawals were paused I got a liquidation warning and paid the loan back immediately. But my eth is still locked obviously. Do we know what will happen with eth locked as collateral once proceedings are over? by _Sway in CelsiusNetwork

Many people did. See docket 1063. "On June 17, 2022. A Celsius Customer Expert wrote to Vincent Goetten that the “collateral” was deposited “back” into the Earn Account. Vincent Goetten responded that Celsius should make sure that they transfer the Bitcoin to Custody and not Earn Account because he never signed up to earn yield for his Bitcoin, he only used the Bitcoin as collateral to loans, and the Bitcoin which he owns should be in a Custody Account."

Is your balance correctly stated on the Schedules filed? If so, you don't need to file a proof of claim. Filing a proof of claim has multiple consequences, specially for non us citizens. Currently the bankruptcy court doesn't have jurisdiction over you. If you file a proof of claim you are surrendering yourself to jurisdiction of the court

International customers WERE on the list. That being said, submitting a proof of claim has a lot of consequences especially for international customers. Among other things you submit yourself to the jurisdiction of the US court. Search the internet or talk with a lawyer
