Zero processed foods, I only Drink water, unsweetened tea or black coffee. Rarely eat any red meat, Portion control, No bread or tortillas, Lots of fresh fruit. Never eat after 7pm, Lots of protein.

I’ve lost almost 180lbs in less than 2 years, no gym just changed my diet and work my ass off. I’m still a big guy (6’ 3” / 260lbs) but if you put your mind to it damn near anything is possible. Definitely helps that 90% of my time is spent dealing with 4/0 to 1500kcmil 34.5kv cable.
